Adult Coaching

An extensive adult coaching program is ran in Newtown Park Tennis Club. Throughout the year different coaching sessions are held focusing on many different areas. League preparation classes take place before league begins and help players get ready for an upcoming league campaign. These lessons will have more of a focus on point play and what can be done in points in order to help us win more points.

Organised group lessons can also take place during the year. A coach can take a group and work on specific areas of their games. These lessons are less match focused and focus more on the general improvement of ones game. These can be organised through the various coaches whose information can be found here.

For those who simply want to get out and practice hitting a load of tennis balls then cardio tennis is a great option. Cardio tennis will have you running around and working hard while having a fun time on court.

All the coaches offer private lessons which are a great chance for players to get individual attention to help improve their game. Again the same as group lessons private lessons can be organised through the coaches here.
